Our Story
Bridging Dreams and Opportunity
Ingomfundilento is a registered Non-Profit Organisation born in the heart of the Mawewe Traditional Community, Nkomazi Local Municipality, Mpumalanga Province. Our name carries a powerful message — and our mission is clear: to eradicate the diversion of dreams and advocate for well-resourced education.
As young people of Magudu, we mobilized to address the challenges facing our community — underachievement, lack of skills, limited information about Post-School Education and Training, and the absence of role models. We believe every young person deserves the chance to realize their potential.
Operating from the Mawewe Community Multimedia Centre, we provide career guidance, computer literacy training, entrepreneurship support, life skills workshops, and mentorship — all free of charge.

Programmes That Transform Lives
We deliver a comprehensive range of free development programmes in partnership with government departments, educational institutions, and private organisations.
Career Guidance Outreach
We visit secondary schools to provide learners with information about Post-School Education and Training, application processes, financial aid, and career paths. Launched at Nhanyane and Manzolwandle Secondary Schools.
Computer & Digital Literacy
In partnership with MTN Foundation, Lawrence Khekhe Foundation, and Eyethu National Computer College, we train youth in essential computer skills including MS Office, Internet, Email, and digital marketing.
Entrepreneurship & Business
From LIMA's New Venture Creation Training to NYDA Business Management and SEDFA entrepreneurship programmes, we equip young people with the skills to build sustainable businesses.
Life Skills & Support Groups
In collaboration with NICRO, we run support group programmes addressing substance abuse, gender-based violence, HIV/AIDS awareness, and provide emotional support and counselling.
Leadership Development
Through the SAAYC Clubs Development Programme, we build capacity in organisational leadership, financial management, project management, and community development practice.
Food Security & Agriculture
With NYS and The Siyazisiza Trust, we run school gardening programs and the Young Farmers Development Programme, cultivating food security and the spirit of hard work in our communities.

“The time has come to end children's pain, the time has come to think about the brands of our days, the time has come to change the direction of our lives, the time has come to live in harmony, and the time has come to live life with joy and now is the time to break mental chains.”
